My name is Michael Palaniuk and I am the driving force behind Palaniuk Builds. A small construction and building company, located in beautiful Mill Valley, California. Coming from a contractor/artist background, I build and remodel living spaces for my clients, according to their needs and the styles that comfort them. I’ve created spaces that my clients can enjoy and be inspired by for a lifetime. After traveling the world and living in Europe for eight years, NYC for three years, I eventually settled in Southern California. It was my experiences living in other cultures and seeing the many building techniques, that nourished my desire to start building again and I started my own construction company. Having over 25 years of experience, that originated in Venice Beach, California, I then relocated back to the Bay Area, where I grew up. I chose to go back to my roots near Los Gatos, California, a small town nestled in the Santa Cruz Mountains, where my first experience of contracting originated.
